This Primitivo-Cabernet Sauvignon "Soranì" from the Apulian winery Masseria Surani is produced with 70% Primitivo and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in the Salento vineyards located near Manduria. Following the manual harvest, the vinification phase includes a fermentation phase of 12-15°C in steel at a controlled temperature. The refinement requir a stay of 6 months in oak barrels.

At the organoleptic examination this Apulian wine shows a brilliant ruby red color; the olfactory notes evoke notes of cherry, blackberry and plum and a slightly spicy finish. On the palate it has a savory vein on the finish.

Excellent in particular in combination with first and second courses based on meat, but also with fresh vegetables and cheeses. Try it with pizza. Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.
