Weinbeschreibung
The Pinto Grigio delle Venezie IGT of the Tommasi Winery comes from the “LE ROSSE” vineyards in the S.Ambrogio hamlet in Veneto in the core of the Valpolicella Classica. It is made with 100% Pinot Grigio grapes. The wine making process lasts 5 months in stainless steel tanks. The terroir is pebbly and alluvial and it is particularly elegant and drinkable. A very good Pinot Grigio with an apple aroma.

It has a moony yellow color. The smell has white flowers and yellow pulp fruits aromas. The taste is balanced and thin. It has a light apple aftertaste.
Suggested pairings with this white wine from Veneto
It is a meal wine but also perfect in the appetizers. It is also perfect with baked turbo fish and perch. It must be served at 8-10°C.
