Passito "ANGIALIS" Argiolas
The sublime wine of the Argiolas winery is the result of hyper ripen grapes. The cultivation soil is clay and siliceous with a good alternation between underground and sand. The climate temperature is Mediterranean and the grape harvest is manual. There is a soft pressing of the grapes with a slow fermentation at 22-25°C in steel tanks and a lately evolution in barrels.
Characteristics of this Passito wine
It has an intense straw yellow color with intense aromas particularly Mediterranean. The taste is round, lovely or almost sweet with a very sapid aroma.
Raccomended pairings while tasting this wine from Sardinia
It is perfect with sauces, soups, tuna, lamb in humid, medium aged pecorino, game, red meats and with truffle. The service temperature is 12°C and it must be served in a tulip wine glass. The proof is 13%.
