This vineyard is typical of the Southern Sardinia and the Nuragus made fresh and fascinating white wines very sapid and balanced. The S’elegas has the “Nuragus di Cagliari DOC” certification. The soil has limestone, marl and clay. The climate conditions are the Mediterranean ones. There is a soft pressing of the grapes and a natural decantation at 14°C with the thermo-fermentation in steel tanks with the protection of the gas at 18°C for 18 days.

It has a straw yellow color. It has fruity, fragrant and harmonic aromas. It has peach, grapefruit, thyme and origan hints with a full, soft and rich aroma with a pleasant persistence.
