Wine Description

From the great knowledge of the wine passed from 4 generations in the Massucco winery, it is produced the red wine “La luna dei Tempi” produced with Barbera grapes, to exalt the great roman tradition in the production of an equilibrate and stylish wine with a unique elegance. The Barbera vine can achieve unique and incredible quality with soft and delicate tannins. The blend of Barbera is composed by grapes picked and worked in October and from grapes picked lately when more ripen at the end of November. The result is unique, with a complete and elegant body.

The Massucco winery produces with 100% Barbera the Luna dei Tempi wine. The vines are located in Castagnito in the Roero at 330 meters above the sea level. It has an intense ruby red color with a delicate bouquet, fresh with an equilibrated body. The taste is full and there is a marked aroma of fresh and ripen fruits.
