This Barbera d'Alba Superiore from Castello di Neive winery based in Piedmont is produced with 100% Barbera grapes, harvested only in the best vintages. After the manual harvest and subsequent pressing of the grapes, the must obtained ferments in steel and ages in barrique for about a year.
