This Piedmontese red wine from Cantina Agostino Pavia was born from the manual harvesting of pure Grignolino grapes: the vineyards are located near Agliano Terme and are the true protagonists of the process that led to the birth of these Piedmontese wines, a true expression of the terroir that can then be found in the glass. Winemaking requires 4-6 days of maceration with pomace, with frequent reassemblies and at a temperature of 26°C. It is aged in a steel tank and bottled in April in the year following the harvest.
Characteristics of this wine by Agostino Pavia
It has a ruby red color with cherry tones. The olfactory notes are more pleasantly fruity and spicy while on the palate it is well balanced, with excellent persistence and light tannins.

Excellent with pasta carbonara, mushroom risotto, red meat or game dishes, roasts, and beef cuts. Serve at 14°C.
