From the use of the pure Friulian grape variety comes this wine from Cantina Monviert: it is the most widely grown white grape variety in the Friulian area, capable of expressing its full potential. After the harvest, the delicately destemmed grapes are then gently pressed and the must thus obtained is clarified by decantation. Winemaking continues with temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation in steel; once fermentation is complete, the wine ages for 3-4 months in steel with frequent movements.
Characteristics of this wine from Friuli-Venezia Giulia
It has a straw yellow color with greenish hues. The olfactory notes are very intense, with references to wildflowers, hay and almonds.
