From the vinification of 100% pure Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The origin is the classic of the company limits of Tuscany. The vinification requires that the grapes, carefully selected during the harvest phase, macerate for one day on the skins, then ferment in stainless steel containers for 40 days. Malolactic is only partially performed. The wine is then aged for 12 months in barrique, new to 50%.
The aspect of the wine shows a compact ruby red color, with violet nuances. The scent has a bouquet of aromas that envelops the nose tells rich and stratified notes, which play on vegetal, fruity and spicy sensations. The taste in the mouth is of excellent body, tasty, with a nice balance and a sip characterized by a pleasing freshness. It ends with a finish characterized by a mineral and fruity aftertaste.
