PERLATO DEL BOSCO Bianco Toscana TUA RITA

This traditional wine praises the denomination IGT Toscana Vermentino. It is produced in “Alta Maremma”, near the “Colline Metallifere” with 100% Vermentino, trained with Guyot method. The average density of the vineyards reaches 4000 stumps per hectare. The soil is characterized by clay and loam. Tua Rita cellar follows the rules of the Biological cultivation and produces 15.000 bottles of this wine every year. The aging is managed completely in inox and the result is a wine that truly represents the excellence of Tuscany.

Straw yellow colour enriched by a rich bouquet that recalls flowers, fruits and aromatic herbs. The taste is persistent and savoury.
