This sensational Cerasuolo wine comes from fine 100% pure Montepulciano grapes. The vines come from the largest area of the PDO Abruzzo, where the grapes have the certification of origin Protected. The harvest takes place in October and lasts for the first decade with the perfect ripening of the grapes. The vinification involves a very short controlled temperature maceration of the skins. The must comes from the soft crushing of the berries, and follows the process of controlled fermentation in steel tanks. Aging is carried out in stainless steel tanks for three months.
Characteristics of this rosé wine
The appearance has a clear color with very intense pink reflections. The aroma is broad and intense fruity with cherry and floral notes. The taste of medium body, delicate structure and velvety finish.

It goes well with first courses of meat or fish, second courses of fish, roast white meat, fresh cheese or semi-mature. The optimal serving temperature is 10ºC in a high and wide glass.
