Fòla is for us the essence of Cannonau. The grape variety used for this fine label is 100% pure Cannonau. This vine has found its ideal habitat in Sardinia and only in this land does it reach that aromatic and polyphenolic richness that make it the prince of all the island's reds. The origin is naturally the classic one of Sardinia. The vinification after the harvest requires that the grapes are brought to the cellar, in order to preserve their integrity and aromas intact. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks, at a controlled temperature with maceration on the skins for about 10/15 days. The aging is done partly in steel and partly in medium-sized barrels, to prevent the wood from overpowering the primary aromas of the grapes.

An intense ruby red colour with violet reflections. The scent on the nose expresses spicy and Mediterranean notes, ripe fruit aromas and balsamic hints. The taste envelops the palate with its warm softness, rich, persistent fruit and balanced freshness.
