This sensational wine praises the denomination Toscana IGT. It is a blend composed by 60% Trebbiano, 20% Malvasia, 10% Sauvignon and 10% Chardonnay. The lands composed mainly by clay, marls and limestone. The vineyards have a south, south-west exposition and are trained with spur pruned cordon. 4000 stumps per hectare, that are around 10 years old, give 80 quintals grapes. Toscana Bianco IGT “Le Due Arbie” is the result of a classic wine making. After the elimination of stalks, the grapes are pressed softly, in order to guarantee only the extraction of noble must, that is rich of aromas. The fermentation is started by local yeasts and it is followed by three months aging in steel. Even if this is a young wine, that has to be drunk immediately, it is perfectly balanced.
Features of the white wine “Le Due Arbie”
Shiny straw yellow colour. Its perfume is well defined, with aromas that recall white peach, apple, pineapple and flowers. The taste is fresh, mineral and fruity.

With its pleasant final, it is perfect with fresh and light dishes. Excellent with stewed fish or seafood salad. It has to be served at 10°C in a high, wide wine glass.
