Wine Description
Barbera Superiore DOC "Le Masche" is a red wine of Piedmont oft the Bel Colle Winery. The grapes that produce this wine are 100% Barbera , harvested by hand in vineyards located in Diano D‘Alba and Roddi formed from vineyards with an age ranging from 10 to 30 years. The vinification is traditional with a maceration of 12-15 days, followed by aging for 14 months in little barrels and 6 months in bottle.

Its color is ruby red with violet hues at a young age and garnet with aging. The aroma is intense with hints of black cherries and plums. The palate is fresh, full, with a balanced acidity.

Serve in large glasses at a temperature of 16-18°C. Goes well with cold cuts, pasta dishes, meat and old cheeses.
