Wine description
Zorzettig's Ribolla Gialla is a Friulian white wine that stands out for its delicate and refreshing drinkability. It is made from pure Ribolla Gialla grapes, cultivated at the winery's vineyards near the Colli del Friuli: after the harvest, vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks where maturation takes a few months before bottling.
Characteristics of this Friulian wine
It has a very delicate straw-yellow colour and distinctly floral aromas of acacia and fruity notes of apple and kiwi. On the palate it is light, with a good balance of acidity and sapidity.
Recommended pairings with this Friulian white wine
Perfect with fish dishes, from hors d'oeuvres to first courses to fried and grilled dishes. Try it with sushi, sashimi and oyster platters. Serve at a temperature of 8-10°C.
