The Valbobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry "Colbelo" is a wine produced in the Merotto cellar located in the San Martino col in the Valdobbiadene territory in Veneto. The grapes are 100% Glera. The single-variety winemaking and the fermentation are in autoclave for about 40 days by following the Charmat method.
Characteristics of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry
Esthetically it has a straw yellow color with a brilliant foam and a fine and persistence perlage. The scent is intense and fruity with an evident apple and pear touch with a wisteria nuance. The taste is soft and equilibrated.

It has to be served in flute at 6°-8°C. It is perfect for the aperitif time, with fish meals and during conviviality moments.
