Esthetically it has a straw yellow color with a brilliant foam and a fine and persistence perlage.
The scent is intense and fruity with an evident apple and pear touch with a wisteria nuance.
The taste is soft and equilibrated.
It has to be served in flute at 6°-8°C.
It is perfect for the aperitif time, with fish meals and during conviviality moments.
