Wine description
Spumante Cuvée Brut by Sant'Orsola comes from white vineyards located about 280 meters above sea level. Fermentation takes place in autoclave following Martinotti method.
Characteristics of this sparkling wine
A brilliant straw yellow colour with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is elegant and pleasantly broad, with hints of peach and apricot and delicate notes of wisteria and acacia. The palate is savory, with a well-present and balanced acidity.

Perfect fo a nice aperitif among friends, it is excellent together with the fried squid. To be served at the temperature of 8ºC in a tapered glass.
