Spumante "CUVEÉ ELEONORA GIORGI" Extra Dry GIORGI
This sparkling wine by Giorgi is produced following the “Charmat Method”. It is composed by 100% Pinot Noir cultivated in the area of Oltrepò Pavese. The grapes give a sugar quantity of 17g/l. The harvest, planned between the end of August and the beginning of September, reaches 70 quintals per hectare. The soft pressing with the elimination of stalks follows. The must is then fermented in steel containers at a controlled temperature of 18°C. The foam formation happens in the next spring, in autoclave; here the wine rests on its yeasts for at least 6 months for a complete maturation.

This wine shows a light straw yellow colour with green shades. The perfume is defined, fresh and fragrant, with hints of golden apple and mugwort. Its taste is dynamic, harmonious, smooth and elegant.
