Descrizione vino

This Soave Classico is linked to the strict selection of the grapes which, coming from vineyards in the middle of the hills, give life to a wine of great fragrance and interesting aromatic richness. The vines used for its vinification are those of Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave lightly pressed. The origin of the grapes falls within the DOC Veneto area. For the vinification the grapes after soft pressing are subjected to long cold skin maceration in the press. After static decantation, the must ferments at a controlled temperature of 14 ° C with selected yeasts in steel tanks.

 

Soave Classico DOC Santi’s features

A deep yellow colour. The aroma is intense, with a fresh fragrance of elderflower and with hints of exotic fruit and acacia honey. The taste has a savory, very gentle and harmonious flavor, with a great body and elegant persistence.

 

Suggested food pairings while tasting this Soave Classico DOC

A wine of the Venetian tradition excellent in combination with creamed cod, roasted guinea fowl. In general, it is also suitable for accompanying first courses of fish and white meats flavored with herbs. The optimum serving temperature is 10 ° C. The alcohol content reached is 12.5% Vol.
