Descrizione vino

From the pure vinification of Ribolla Gialla, an ancient variety of native vine of the Friuli area. The origin of the grapes falls within the company scope of the Castello di Spessa estate in Friuli Venezia Giulia. The vinification involves the traditional white procedure, with grapes harvested manually in 15 kg crates, followed by soft pressing with a pneumatic press, static decanting of the musts, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18°C in steel tanks.

Appearance, the wine has a bright straw yellow color. The scent is characterized on the nose by strong floral aromas. The taste has the characteristic juiciness and freshness of the varietal that give a notable persistence of taste.
