Mediterra IGT is a Tuscany red wine produced in the Poggio al Tesoro vineyards located in the well-known and famous Boldegherese land in the Livorno area. This wine valorizes the characteristics of the original territory by reveling a great balance between the freshness of the scent and warm and powerful tones of the taste. The grapes are mostly Syrah and also Merlot e Cabernet Sauvignon. Before there is a fermentation for about 12 days, then a refinement in barrels for 8 months.

It has an intense ruby red color.The scent is intense and fragrant with red fruit aromas and a spicy end. The taste is complex but extremely pleasant with an agreeable drinkability.

It has to be served in medium wide wine glasses at 14-16°C. It is perfect to be drunk with Meditarranean traditional courses based on meat, cold cuts, aging cheese served cold to be joint to course based on fish.
