Governo all’uso Toscano Famiglia Falorni

From a blend of Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, this Governo all'uso Toscano from Famiglia Falorni Winery. To produce this Tuscan red wine, we start with the manual harvesting of carefully selected and fully ripe grapes that are gently pressed. This is followed by temperature-controlled fermentation with maceration on the skins. Part of the blend comes from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes harvested from the vine that are slightly wilted and are then pressed and added to the fermented wine in such a way as to enrich it with color and structure.

Characteristics of this Tuscan wine

It has an intense ruby red color and a fruity cherry and raspberry nuance scent. On the palate it is endowed with great balance, with soft and silky tannins.

Recommended pairings with this Tuscan red wine

Try with dishes based on red meat, game, aged cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.
