The denomination for this sensational Franciacorta Millesimato DOCG is the one that guarantees its Origin. The highest honor in oenological terms. The grape variety used in the blend is predominantly Chardonnay for 55%, to which is added Pinot Bianco for 15%, and Pinot Noir for 30%. The origin of the 16 Chardonnay vineyards, with an average age of 34 years, is located in the municipalities of Erbusco, Adro, Cazzago San Martino, Corte Franca and Passirano. The 2 Pinot Bianco vineyards, with an average age of 26 years, located in the Municipality of Passirano. And the 10 Pinot Noir vineyards, with an average age of 24 years, are located in the municipalities of Erbusco and Passirano. The vinification of Franciacorta Vintage Collection is the result of a careful selection of the grapes and a skilful vinification conducted in full compliance with the Method Ca' del Bosco. The grapes, freshly harvested by hand in small boxes, are classified and cooled. Each bunch is selected by expert eyes and hands, to then benefit from exclusive "berry spas". A particular washing and hydromassage system for the bunches, using three soaking tanks and a drying tunnel. After pressing in the absence of oxygen, all the base wine musts ferment in small oak barrels. To seek maximum aromatic complexity and expressive power, without losing elegance, the barrel aging has a duration of only 5 months. A pair of flying tanks allows the wines to be transferred by gravity, from small barrels to aging tanks. 7 months after the harvest, the cuvée is created. The Vintage Collection Brut is the result of a skilful union of 28 base wines of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir which give the finished product a particular, rich and complex profile. The greater percentage of Pinot Noir gives it power and nobility, further emphasized by long bottle refinement. Dégorgement takes place in the absence of oxygen, using a system unique in the world, designed and patented by Cà del Bosco. This avoids oxidative shock and further additions of sulphites, making Franciacorta purer, more pleasant and longer-lived. Finally, each packaged bottle is uniquely marked to ensure traceability.

In appearance this wine has a golden straw yellow color. The aroma on the nose opens with intense aromas of hazelnuts, enriched with pleasant hints of peach and citrus fruits. The taste on the palate is fresh, pleasantly savory and structured. The wine has a finish with citrus returns.
