Descrizione vino

This wine is a 1.5 lt Magnum silk-screened case.

 

From the vinification in blends of sensational grapes of 84% Chardonnay, 12% Pinot Nero and 4% Pinot Bianco. The origin of the vineyards falls within 25 sub-areas of Franciacorta DOCG, the most suited to the production of this sensational sparkling wine. The vineyards are within the company areas in the municipalities of Provaglio D’Iseo, Passirano, Cortefranca and Adro. The vinification involves soft pressing and fermentation in thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks. The refinement of the wine extends for 6 months in steel.

A light straw yellow colour. The perfume on the nose expresses hints of aromatic herbs and a beautiful mineral trail. The taste on the palate is fresh, creamy, pleasantly savory.
