Descrizione vino

For this label of Franciacorta the grape used in blend for its vinification is that of Chardonnay for 90% and that of Pinot Blanc for 10%. The harvest includes the selection of grapes in the vineyard and the immediate transport by hand from the second week of August. Vinification after soft pressing and fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The base wines from the different vineyards are vinified separately and then expertly assembled to create the cuvée. Aging on the lees in bottle for a minimum period of 18 months in cellars at a constant temperature of 12-15 C.

 

Franciacorta Brut "Rhino" DOCG's features

The organoleptic analysis of this Franciacorta shows an aspect of straw yellow color, with delicate golden reflections, and a fine and creamy perlage. The nose reveals clear fruity notes that lead to shades of white flowers, with a final reference to the fragrant croissant. The taste is strong and fresh in the mouth, for a complete and full sensation of the right details.

A perfect wine, from the aperitif to the sea bass in foil. The optimal serving temperature is 10°C.
