Franciacorta Brut Millesimato "Millè" DOCG Boxed VILLA CRESPIA - MURATORI

This Franciacorta Millesimato from the Villa Crespia winery comes from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the corporate vineyards of the Muratori family. After the manual harvest, the grapes are subjected to traditional white vinification, with alcoholic fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. This is followed by the refinement and maturation on the lees for about 7/8 months always in steel and finally a further refinement in the bottle for another 36 months.

Characteristics of this Franciacorta Millesimato

On organoleptic examination it shows a straw yellow color with a very fine perlage. The nose is dominated by olfactory notes of ripe fruit, citrus fruits and spices; on the palate it has an excellent structure as well as a good persistence.

Recommended pairings with this Franciacorta

Excellent with all fish-based dishes. Serve at a temperature of 8/10° C in a tapered goblet.
