Specialized in the production of excellent white wines, Maison Albert Pic produces this white wine in the Chablis area, the northernmost part of Burgundy, in central-eastern France. It is a particularly mineral wine, thanks to the continental climate characterized by strong temperature variations and by soils rich in clayey limestone. The grapes used are 100% Chardonnay, the hand-picked bunches are carefully selected and then de-stemmed and pressed; alcoholic fermentation and refinement follow, both in steel or cement.
Characteristics of this French white wine
At sight it has a bright straw yellow color, with olfactory notes of fresh fruit, floral notes and bread crust. On the palate it is pleasant, with a fresh sip and a good structure.
