Etna Bianco "SUL VULCANO" DOC Donnafugata
From 100% Carricante grape vinification. The production area is that of Eastern Sicily - north side of Etna. The vinification involves fermentation in steel, at a controlled temperature of 14°C. It is then partially aged in tanks and partially in French oak in second and third passage barriques for 10 months and then at least 7 months in bottle before being marketed.

The organoleptic analysis of this wine shows a straw yellow color with golden reflections. The bouquet is refined and characterized by a wide bouquet of fruit such as golden apple with delicate hints of citrus and Mediterranean herbs, followed by mineral notes of flint. The taste on the palate is enveloping, fresh and savory, characterized by distinct minerality and persistence; a wine that unfolds great elegance and complexity.
