Features of the Istrian Malvasia Dis Cumieris produced by Vie de Romans
Amber aspect, light and bright. The perfume is rich, with shades of tropical fruits, orange flowers, spicy hints of white pepper and toasted sensations. The taste is soft, balanced and recalls the fruits perceived before with a fresh and persistent final.
Recommended food pairings while tasting this Malvasia of Friuli Venezia Giulia
A classic wine that is not so famous but that is really prestigious. It is great with fish and vegetables, it doesn’t matter how they are cooked. It has to be served at 8°C in a high, wide wine glass.
