Weinbeschreibung
This white wine from Freccianera Winery, whose name recalls a historical event related to a fire that hit an old farmhouse, is made from pure Chardonnay grapes. After the harvest, the grapes are pygio-diraspated and then winemaking takes place, which involves alcoholic fermentation in steel.
Characteristics of this wine from the Freccianera Winery
It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The olfactory notes recall lemon zest, wildflowers and iodized notes. On the palate it is savoury, silky and fresh.

Try it with cold cuts and cured meats, fish or shellfish dishes, sushi and tartare. Serve at 8-10°C.
