In the Chianti Classico Gran Selezione "Il Grigio" there is Sangiovese, the typical grape of the territory, to which are added small percentages of other autochthonous grapes of the Chianti area. fermentation in steel at controlled temperature and maceration on the skins for three weeks. It ages for 24 months in Slavonian oak barrels and in French oak barriques and tonneau. Ends the aging with 8 months of bottle before marketing.

Brilliant, intense ruby red Strong hints of ripe fruit, with a spicy finish. On the palate the wine is full and dense with soft tannins; balanced with the acidic component.
