Cabernet "CLEVE" DOC FRESCOBALDI ATTEMS
The "Cabernet" have spread in Friuli Venezia Giulia about half of the 19th century. They made mixtures of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Carménerè, and as such they were implanted. In the historical vineyards in the region there are still these three varieties bred in the same plot indistinctly.
Cabernet "CLEVE" DOC's features
Carmine red, brilliant with violet nuances. The nose is intense and characteristic with aromas of black currant, ripe plum and green bell pepper. Then comes sweeter sensations of dark chocolate.
Suggested pairings tasting this product of Attems winery
Excellent with meat dishes, also structured and medium-aged cheeses. Serve at 16°C in a glass not very wide.
