The vineyards are trained with Guyot method on lands characterized by marls and sandstones of Eocenic origin. This wine was born in 1981 and it is one of the most prestigious wines of Italy. The combination of different varieties crates an elegant product with intense perfumes of flowers and fruits. It has a great structure that guarantees an interesting evolution with the aging. The wine-making considers the elimination of stalks and a brief period of maceration. After the soft pressing, the must is clarified through static decanting. Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon ferment in steel at controlled temperature and mature for 10 months, while Friulano is fermented in small barrels made of French oak. The wines are assembled after ten months. After the bottling, the blend ages in thermo-conditioned rooms for 9 months.
