Descrizione vino

This sparkling wine is vinified following the classic method and vinifying 100% Chardonnay grapes. The origin of the vines falls in the hilly area of Trento Doc. For this reason it boasts the Denomination of Controlled Origin. During vinification, the grapes undergo a very soft pressing method and fermentation in barriques that allows this sensational classic method to evolve and express itself through countless facets.

 

Features of this Trento Doc

The aspect evidenced by the organoleptic examination shows a pale golden yellow color with fine and persistent perlage. The aroma on the nose offers a fragrant bouquet with pleasant notes of bread crust, ripe fruit and vanilla, accompanied by delicate hints of Mediterranean spices. The taste on the palate is soft, balanced and in its long persistence brings back intense flavors of dried fruit and precious toasted notes.
