From the cinqueterre a naturalistic park of Liguria and Tuscany, the Lunae winery produces this fantastic white raisin wine very renamed and extremely elegant. A wine with the DOC Cinque Terre Sciacchetrà certification and produced with the Bosco, Albarola and Vermentino grapes. All are cultivated in the national park of the Cinque Terre. The soil is pebbly and full of stones. The harvest takes place in the second half of September. The grapes have to rest to wither in a natural way in bunches all carefully selected and put on trellis until December. The wine making process occurs in stainless steel tanks for the fermentation where it is kept under temperature control. The aging takes place in little oak barrels for 24 months and a following aging period in bottles for 3 months.

The Refursà Sciacchetrà DOC Parco Nazionale delle Cinque Terre has an amber yellow color with inner fine topaz reflections. The very intense scent has remarkable dry figs and candied orange aromas. The palate is enveloping with a great refinement. It confirms the nose sensations. The sweet component is soft and intriguing with a freshness and sapid taste of the vermentino. It has a great persistence.

The Refursà Cinque Terre “Sciacchetrà” DOC has to be matched with bakery. It is very good also with aged cheeses and with pecorino. It has to be served in a tulip wine glass at 12°C.
