Rosso Salento "QUARANTALE" Riserva Mino Caló ROSA DEL GOLFO

This Rosso del Salento Quarantale from the Apulian Rosa del Golfo Winery is a red wine obtained with grapes Negroamaro 80%, Aglianico 10%, Malvasia 5% and Primitivo 5%. After the manual harvest, the grapes ferment in oak barrels and barriques for 2 years and for 6 months in the bottle.

Characteristics of this Apulian wine

The organoleptic test shows a purple red color with garnet reflections; sweet notes of red fruits and undergrowth and spicy notes prevail on the nose. On the palate it is soft, spicy and with a good texture and body.

Suggested food pairings while tasting this Apulian wine

Excellent with stewed meats, game and aged cheeses. To be served at a temperature of 16-18°C in a not very large glass.
