From an unprecedented encounter between the Glera grape variety and Pinot Noir, this Prosecco Rosé DOC Millesimato Extra Dry from Cantina La MarcA was born: a wine with an eye-catching pale pink color and a harmonious olfactory bouquet. Following the manual harvesting of the bunches, the vinification of the Glera grapes takes place traditionally, with soft pressing of the grapes and brief cryomaceration. Pinot Noir, on the other hand, macerates on the skins for 5 days, at a temperature of 20°C. Once the racking has been carried out, the must ferments at the controlled temperature of 15-16°C: the wines are then cut and placed in an autoclave with yeasts selected for the second fermentation, as per the Charmat or Martinotti Method.
Features of this Prosecco Rosé DOC Extra Dry
It has a soft and very delicate raspberry pink color. The olfactory bouquet recalls notes of white flowers and ripe fruit as well as raspberry and wild strawberry. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh with hints that refer to the fruity olfactory notes.

Excellent with delicious aperitifs, pizzas, sushi and sashimi, fried fish. Try it with strawberry tarts. Serve at 6-8°C.
