Wine description
The Pinot Bianco Doc is a wine of region of Trentino Alto Adige, produced by Aneri winery. The grapes used for the production of this wine are Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Muller Thurgau. Fermentation lasts 7 days, followed by an aging of about 5 months in stainless steel tanks and a further month in bottle.
Characteristics of this white wine
The color is pale yellow. The aroma is reminiscent of nuts with a hint of mango and melon yellow. The palate gives great harmony, with a taste of fresh, fruity and delicate.
