The Casal Thaulero winery produces this young and fresh white Pecorino wine that belongs to the Orsetto Oro line. This line was inspired by the symbol of the National Park of Abruzzo that is a little bear. This line is the contemporary aspect in the tradition with modern and fresh wines but at the same time delicate and elegant which follow the fashion and the inspiration of the youth. It is made by 100% Pecorino grapes all cultivated in the DOP area.
Characteristics of the Pecorino Terre di Chieti "ORSETTO ORO"
It has a bright straw yellow color lightly charged. The smell is typical of the vine: wide, with floral hints of broom and acacia together with exotic fruits and balsamic hints. The taste is sapid, structured and persistent.

It is perfect with all starters. It is preferable matching it with fish, white meats and fresh cheeses. It must be served at 10°C in high and wide wine glasses.
