Lugana DOC MONTE DEL FRÀ

This white wine from the Veneto's Winery Monte del Frà is made from pure Trebbiano di Lugana grapes, grown in the vineyards located on the Moreniche hills at about 100-150 m above sea level. Harvesting takes place between September and October: after the bunches have been picked, vinification takes place, which requires soft pressing followed by fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature.

Characteristics of this Veneto wine

It presents a straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. The bouquet is very intense, with floral notes of white flowers but also fruity notes of peach, apricot and citrus fruits. The palate is harmonious and fresh, with floral and fruity hints.

Recommended pairings with this white wine

Excellent with legume soups, Chinese, Japanese or Thai cuisine, lake fish. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C.
