Description du vin
The Bovale of Antigori winery is produced with 100% Bovale grapes, an autochthonous grape variety. The vineyards are located in Capoterra, province of Cagliari on land of sand and clay. The grapes, harvested by hand, are carefully selected, destemmed and macerated in steel tanks.
Isola dei Nuraghi "Bovale" BIO's features
The organoleptic analysis of this Sardinian wine shows an intense ruby red color. The nose has olfactory notes linked to small red fruits and undergrowth. The mouthfeel is warm, soft and with a harmonic finish.
Suggested pairings tasting this product of Antigori winery
An excellent wine to accompany main courses of meat and game. Irresistible with Sardinian pecorino with myrtle. The optimal serving temperature is 16 º C in a glass not very wide.
