Descrizione vino

The Friulano "NO NAME" DOC of Vigne di Zamò Winery was born in the company vineyards of the Municipality of Rosazzo, Udine. The grapes used for its production are 100% Friulano. The harvest is done exclusively by hand in the first week of September, with a careful selection of the best grapes which are then destemmed and pressed; the must obtained remains overnight in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. This is followed by aging on the fine lees for 6 months and the assembly of the various parts obtained. Finally, the wine undergoes bottling.

 

Characteristics of Friulano "NO NAME" Doc

Upon organoleptic examination, this Friulian white wine shows a straw colour with greenish reflections; on the nose there are notes of peach, lemon peel and aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is soft, fresh and persistent with a nice savory vein.

 

Suggested food pairings while tasting this Friulian wine

The structure of this wine makes it suitable for all fish-based dishes, from appetizers to main courses, but also with eggs, vegetables and snacks. This wine should be served at a temperature of 10 degrees in a not very large glass.
