Riserva Millè is a Franciacorta Riserva Brut from Villa Crespia Winery, produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the company's vineyards owned by the Muratori family. It is produced exclusively in the years in which Franciacorta Millè stands out for its unquestionable quality and therefore a small number of bottles is subjected to longer aging. At disgorgement, topping up is carried out by adding a small part of shipping syrup.
Characteristics of this Franciacorta
The organoleptic examination shows a straw yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage. The olfactory notes refer to ripe fruit, citrus fruits and spices and on the palate it is well balanced and characterized by freshness and flavor.
Suggested food pairings while tasting this Franciacorta Riserva
Excellent with aperitifs based on cold cuts and cheeses, first and second courses based on fish and shellfish. Serve at a temperature of 6-8 ° C in a tapered glass.
