UMANI RONCHI

Umani Ronchi is a cellar with a great value. It has been able to make the wines of its region famous worldwide. It is the greatest representative of the most important reds and whites of Marche, like Verdicchio and Rosso Conero. It has been owned owned by Bianchi-Bernetti family for 50 years. The company was founded in 1957 by Gino Umani Ronchi in Cupramontana, in the heart of the production area of Verdicchio Classico. The winery grew up through the years, enlarging its territories and increasing its labels, always respecting the quality of its products. 10 different estates, two of them located in Abruzzo, more than 200 hectares of production. Some of the vineyards are already treated following the biological rules, that respect the ecosystem and avoid the use of pesticides and of chemical agents. After a careful selection of the grapes during the harvest, only the best bunches are used for the wine-making. All the different labels produced by Umani Ronchi are high-quality wines that express the excellence of the cellar, that cares about experimentations, innovation and new cultivation techniques.
