Trebbiano d'Abruzzo "Montipagano" DOC BIO
100% Trebbiano grapes, cultivated in Roseto degli Abruzzi. The vineyards, that are between 6 and 30 years old, are trained with guyot method on soils mainly characterized by clay. The manual harvest is planned in the second half of September. The fermentation process starts after static decanting of the must. It is managed at 14-16°C in inox tanks for 8-10 days. 3 months aging in steel before the bottling.

Straw yellow colour full of green shades. Its floral perfume is enriched by peach and citrus fruits, while its taste is balanced and persistent.
