The Rinaldini winery produces this sensational white wine of the local tradition. It is the result of vinification in a blend of Chardonnay for 85%, and Pinot Bianco for 15%. The origin is that of Emilia Romagna. The vinification takes place after a long stop on the lees, before bottling.
