Weinbeschreibung
The Asti DOCG Banfi born in Strevi typical area to produce the Moscato which comes from the classic area of the Piedmont. There are used 100% Moscato grapes. It takes place the Charmat method under low temperature with selected yeasts to guarantee the correct foam. The fermentation is stopped with the cooling process to maintain the sugar degree which is the 10%.
Characteristics of the wine from Banfi Winery
It has a straw yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage. The smell is intense, fruity with sage and peaches flowers aromas typical of the Moscato. The taste is sweet, lively, aromatic and delicate.
Suggested pairings while tasting this sparkling wine
It is a typical dessert wine. It is perfect with the bakery. The ideal service temperature is 6°C.
