The white wine Pratto of the agricultural company Ca Dei Frati represents the innovation of the company. It is an unusual wine where the Turbiana grapes are joined in a blend with Chardonnay at 15% and Sauvignon Blanc at 15%. The wine making process occurs in the stainless steel tanks to exalt the freshness and the very fine and soft taste of the varietal aromas. A short passage in barrels gives color and body. The vines are cultivated on the Sirmione hills in Ronchedone and Desenzano del Garda hamlets on calcareous and mostly clay soils with the Guyot spur pruning cultivation method.

 

Characteristics of the white wine Pratto Cà dei Frati

It has a light straw yellow color but it is also bright and clean. The wide scent is enveloping with spring flowers aromas together with tropical fruits and light mineral hints which exalt it. The taste is rich, harmonic and sweet with a great balance between acid and sapid. Also in the taste there are tropical flavors.

 

Suggested pairings with this white wine

This excellent white wine Pretto of the agricultural company Ca Dei Frati is perfect with rich starters such as the Foie Gras, or with scented main courses. The ideal second courses are grilled white meats. The fish is also perfect if flavored with fresh aromatic herbs. It is perfect with aged cheeses. It has to be served in a high and tapered wine glass at 10°-12°C.
