Cesarini Sartori

In the heart of the Colli Martani in Umbria, at the small hamlet of Bastardo-which is also the name of one of this company's flagship wines-is the Cesarini Sartori Winery, which has established itself in recent years as one of the most representative realities of this territory. The winery's manifesto places the vine at the centre of the production cycle, so much so that various uses are put in place to give new life to production waste; a production that mixes careful and meticulous manual work with the use of the most modern technological means, to give life to important wines, symbols of the Umbrian territory: from Sagrantino di Montefalco to Passito, from Rosso di Montefalco to Grechetto.
