From the skilful vinification of Lambrusco Grasparossa grapes of the Colli di Scandiano and Canossa. The origin of the vines is included in the DOC of the province of Reggio Emilia. The vinification follows the traditional method with final fermentation. A wine of the Italian tradition with great versatility and breadth of combinations. It is characterized by its youth and freshness; by young drinking with a maximum duration of 1 or 2 years.
Characteristics of Lambrusco Grasparossa Dolce Bocciolo Doc
The appearance that is evident from the organoleptic examination is a red color, an intense ruby with a fine and rich mousse. The aroma is fruity and persistent with a hint of violet. The taste is sweet, fruity, fresh and lively, pleasantly harmonious.
Recommended pairings tasting this Lambrusco
Excellent with pumpkin tortelli, pumpkin and amaretti cream, dark chocolate, chocolate cake with zabaione of lambrusco, peperonata, dark chocolate cake. The optimal serving temperature is 8 ºC. The temperature is 10 ºC.
